Pros

As a college student, working as an Extended Daycare employee was perfect for me. Decent pay, great work environment, and fun to work with kids.

Cons

This was not exactly a career since the pay is hourly and you only get so many hours a day, but like I said great for college kids or high schoolers over 18.

Very friendly employees who make you feel welcome at every school I have subbed at.

Cons

I really don't have many complaints. The orientations could be a bit more organized but that is about it.
