They pay money and provide benefits for their employees. The students have the potential to be a great bunch of kids.

Cons

They actively try to get rid of experienced employees. They order their administrators to give average evaluations to all employees other than the worst, so that it's easy to RIF anybody. Administrators are failed teachers, but hold a mythos that they are the best.

It's a fun environment,the people that I worked with were very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Well obviously sometimes the kids have a bad day at school and your the one who has to deal with it after school.
