Thank you for taking the time to review us! We know that our strength as a financial institution comes from our team members who are just as unique and diverse as the members we serve!
Fortera is doing our best to help slow the spread of COVID-19. That means we are not getting together for events like Culture Day and our quarterly All Staff Meetings, to maintain social distancing requirements. Also with COVID-19, we have more team members than ever working remotely which has been a difficult adjustment for some with pets and family members often becoming the coworkers we interact with most on a daily basis. As you noted, another positive thing about Fortera is that we are growing. We are getting bigger and better so that we may more efficiently serve our members. The downside of this growth is that sometimes, depending on the position, it can take time to hire the right team members.
