No training unless you consider watching someone do their job training. no guidance your just a number not a worker or part of a team. They lie and act like high school kids. and writes up are notorious.

Our Training Department is always looking for ways to not only improve our training programs, but the follow-up hands-on-training new team members receive when arriving at their branch or department. At Fortera, we do our best to strike a work/life balance with our employees but we also have to think about serving our members and taking care of their needs as they are the reason we are here. Fortera is believer in transparency and continuous feedback and our Training Department uses what we learn to update and adjust our onboarding and training programs to meet the changing needs of our team members. We realize we may still have some tweaking to do, but we are committed to making this the best training experience and work environment that we can for our team members.

The HR department is a joke. If you come to them with a complaint, they will laugh. There is no such thing as anonymous. They will bring your complaint to the person you are complaining about and they will mention that you specifically are the one who complained. There is almost no upward mobility unless you become best friends with one of your managers outside of work. None of your business is private, and if you think it is, your manager has told at least 8 other people on your team. The company itself has a great idea of the culture and beliefs that it wants but when you get down to the nitty gritty, they aren't being upheld at all.
