The culture in departments, everyone in each department gets along with each other

Cons

Pay is not equal. I did a job that was more demanding plus remote, skyrocketed my goals every month - but their title was glorified with less work because they were in branch and because of that make $7-9 dollars more an hour. Completely unfair wages. Also you have to make sure you get everything in writing because they will turn on you and go back on what they said, even with saved messages, denying things they wrote. Managers will also pick favorites and let them get seats with anything while getting mad at other employees for doing the same thing.

Pros

Culture is number one at Fortera. They walk their talk, and in everything they do, they keep their employees top of mind. It is refreshing to finally work for a company that gets it. Also, Fortera's benefit package is awesome and depending on the job, the pay is close to the top in the market. They really do a good job taking care of their employees. This is a great place to work. I really do feel lucky to be here.

Cons

If you are uncomfortable with change, Fortera may not be a good fit for you. They are super innovative so it feels like things move quickly.
