not much flexibility, credit is not given where credit is due and seems to go to managers even if not their idea or to those who squawk the loudest

Fortera has worked hard to build a culture that is inviting while still holding true to who we are as a company. We also have strived to build a benefit package that truly serves our employees and their families. At Fortera, we value any ideas that will make a process better, simpler or faster. We try to give credit where credit is due, and have implemented programs like the Innovation Council for employees to submit their ideas and suggestions to better the organization. I am sorry you feel you or another coworker was not properly appreciated for their contributions. This could be something that you could bring up on the annual employee survey or during a Fortera focus group.

Company really cares about their employees. Great environment. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.

For the marketing department specifically, it was small - when the internship was over there were no positions open.
