Our core value, “We Serve” really exemplifies Fortera’s commitment to our community and our employees. We also appreciate any type of employee feedback. The hours we are open are reviewed annually and changed as needed to ensure we are available to assist members when they need us. We know that can sometimes cause conflicts with personal commitments but our Managers try their best to accommodate their teams. The Member Advisor is an important position within the Credit Union. They are key to serving all of our members’ financial needs and we strive to ensure they are appropriately trained to handle everything from basic transactions to consumer and mortgage lending products.
