      Pros

      1) people are so awesome here, the environment is always positive and everyone is so kind. 2) benefits are amazing 3) tons of growth potential 4) managers are accessible and seem to really care and be helpful, they really are a part of the team and not just ordering people around 5) employees are appreciated by managers and VIP's 6) stability 7) did I say that the people are nice?! well they are!

      Cons

      I have not been here long enough to find cons, but most people I have spoken with love it here even after many years. I have noticed that there are a few people who have been here a long time and don't seem to evolve or deal with change well. some of the technology/software used is not current and not user friendly

      Pros

      The credit union has changed so much in the past two years. They are investing in technology and products for members and the employee benefits are better than I have ever had.

      Cons

      Things are changing so quickly it can stress people out at times. We have a lot of projects going on right now and there doesn't seem to be enough people to help do it all.
