Growth opportunities, flexibility, training, health and wellness benefits. Culture is friendly and helpful. Member focused and believe in providing education to internal and external members to better their lives. Invested in local community success and giving back. Fortera looks for ways to say yes and help form a plan to meet goals of all.

Cons

Management heavy. Technology isn’t the newest available but this is consistently a priority of improvement.
