      Great benefits. 401k was 100% matched without vesting. Great PTO and holidays.

      Pros

      Team is great and the culture is excellent. Common mission and cohesive culture rooted in it's long term growth as a private company.

      Cons

      Unique in that it just transitioned from privately owned, 20 years or so, to venture backed. Rapid scaling and process friction, but still fun and fast paced.

      1. Excellent opportunity to work at the absolute edge of ground and air vehicle autonomy in perception, planning, and control 2. Incredible engineering and management team both in talent and willingness to share their experience 3. Good compensation 4. Excellent benefits and profit sharing

      Cons

      1. Not a big downside, but need to know that there is substantial travel required for demonstrations and experiments (you need to be where the robots are)
