Pros

Onsite at a major corporation with a team of fortitude developers. The food is terrific. Extremely steep learning curve Great growth opportunities Tons of exposure to your strengths and weaknesses.

Cons

Pay is Low at first. That is no secret. But it definitely evens out over time.

Pros

- Work life balance - Business model is very solid - Good stock incentives - Benefits are above the industry average - Never work weekends - strong culture - Company boat (currently in Dallas - as they won it for the year) - Good technical training program

Cons

- This company is for outgoing entrepreneurial types. If you lean more towards being an introvert you might want to look elsewhere.

Pros

I had a great relationship with the account manager that represented Fortitude with its client and saw him several times a month. They pay weekly and utilize direct deposit, so no "lost check in the mail" issues and being able to count on the money being my account was nice. Upon conversion to full time with the client, my onsite (client) manager offered me a base salary that was $5,000 above what I had asked for!

Cons

I don't really have a lot of cons. I worked onsite and was managed directly by Fortitude's client, so Fortitude was more of my back office (payroll and health benefits).
