Pros

The environment is the ONLY PRO. When a company recruits cookie cutter copies of everyone already employed there, the guys tend to get along. They HAVE to make the environment enjoyable because it's the only thing keeping you in the job for more than 6 months (the point at which you realize the only people moving up are the ones that can drink the most at the once/twice weekly happy hours).

Cons

-RECRUITERS DO NOT MAKE MORE THAN $34,000. The owners list a higher salary because they consider the booze/fried bar food they force you to intake multiple times a week a "benefit" and they think that adds up to $45K+ but there is no real money added onto the base of $34K -The Managers create a brainwashing affect; if you question a decision made form upper management all of a sudden you "don't buy in" and are "not the right fit". -There is literally no "off-duty" it's a 24/7 job for $34,000 with the hopes of getting a raise after a year that they then lock you in for 2 more years unless you want to pay back all your bonuses that YOU EARNED over your promotion. -Anyone who left a review and lists that they have more than 2 years of employment here is literally 1 of 7 people, they are the account executives that you will be convinced are worth something but in reality are the guys that want a sense of power for the first times in their lives. -NO ONE stays around for more than 2 years, if you're still around after 2 years then consider yourself the sucker at the table and start looking for a job that pays you for the effort you put in, or even an hourly job; it will pay the same and you'll get to work 30 less hours per week.

Pros

They attempt to “shake up” the IT Staffing industry

Cons

I think the most disappointing part about this company is the racial discrimination that occurs in all five offices. This is something incredibly disheartening, but when I recommended persons of color for job opportunities, the Sales Representatives would frequently refuse to represent candidates that were not standard caucasians or had an accent or a slight language barrier, even though the candidate was completely qualified. They violate common rules of staffing when they call candidates for positions. It is within FCC guidelines that you cannot directly ask a candidate if they have any felonies, misdemeanors, bankruptcies, or foreclosures on houses. This is actually a standard line in their training development program. Out of all the things that made me the most sad and ashamed to have spent three years at this company. When the first person of color I had the privilege to work for and they effectively forced to re-sign due to his “cultural difference” from the office, they had sent him a release form after he resigned to assure he would not sue the company. I had five other colleagues resign around the same time as this individual, and not one person received this form.

College Graduates- Run

Pros

When you see 1 fake review followed up 5 positive ones a day or two later- red flag. This means the company made employees make new users and create a positive review to mask the negative. Something to note as you read through these reviews. Ask about turnover in the interview process and take the time to message a few professionals who left the company just to get some feedback and understanding as to why they left.

Cons

First and foremost- you will not make enough money to even pay rent and living in a corporate apartment is the opposite of glamorous. DO not fall for it. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone- especially as a young college graduate. My college athletic department I could probably write 500 reasons but the short answer is- you will not make money here, this is not an opportunity any student athlete should take, you will likely be fired in 6-12 months anyways and the people you think are your friends aren't. Having left and connecting with 20 of my friends who are gone as well- the advice I would give is deny your next interview and never work here. For a brief better understanding here are some reasons why: 1. Senior Leadership is incredibly inappropriate making comments that are not appropriate in the workplace daily. They have told girls they can't go out in the field because they don't "look good enough" that day, mocked girls for then wearing heels or dressing up "too much" and made it a boys club where girls do not feel comfortable. They talk inappropriately about their wives in front of the sales pit and make daily remarks that violate HR regulations. 2. Lack of HR- when numerous inappropriate instances were noted- you could not report them to anyone because HR is not a thing at the company. Confidentially is not respected and the workplace is not one to feel comfortable in. 3. You are forced to move away from your family and friends and they mock those who have friendships outside of the company. I was forced to move to a city far from my family in order to "give me a new experience". This was really to isolate me and try to make it so I had no friends other than the company. When I then made my own friends and chose not to live with a coworker- I had multiple leadership meetings scolding me for doing so and not being "on the team". They are big on isolation and culture building and try to make it feel like you are a part of this awesome family. However- when people leave the company, you are forbidden from talking to them and the friendship is not allowed to be continued. Every year they do massive layoffs where 1-5 people in a hiring class stays and the rest are fired without a clear understanding as to why. 4. A company built on lies- when you get to "triple A" you have to call companies pretending to be someone else tricking them into meeting with you. Client relationships have been diminished months later once they discovered the relationship was initiated on lies and fake people. Many people have voiced the unethical approach in doing this and it goes completely ignored. 5. Senior leadership morals- you can't fix a horrible human and truly every Csuite leader is rotten to the core.
