Very short term focused , it's all about making $ for the next quarter, at the expense of anything long term. It's all about creating share holder value for those about to leave the stock. They do not value technical people or knowledge, (too expensive) focus is on getting cheaper parts. there is no product development or technology investment. If they need a new product, they will buy a company that has already developed it. Then rid the company of all the expensive R&D and milk the existing product lines to death. There is no loyalty to employees called associates They routinely layoff whenever things get tight. stingy on salary. some opcos have a system to down classify job titles, so that employees get paid less for doing more advanced higher level work ..
