Remote work, Generally good team members.

Cons

A lot, The pay is not industry standard, a lot of micro-managing, Bonuses are linked to PTO. Advertise unlimited PTO but if you don't meet an Availability metric you don't receive bonus. Minimum 2-3% raises. Not a great place to work. Lot of turnover

Cons

The worst onboarding experience ever! Training was a short series of videos that barely scratched the surface. No mentoring. No one inviting you to demos or meetings to learn the ropes. They give you a pricing spreadsheet as a tool and expect you to figure things out on your own. You can see all the reps that came and failed before you in Salesforce. No one is selling anything. It’s just the Navy and a few energy companies keeping company afloat. Zero partner strategy Lead gen is almost nonexistent User experience isn’t good compared to competitors Benefits are sub par and the 401k match is just 3% with a 3 year vest. No one makes it that long.
