Pros

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Saying that is is competitive is doing it injustice. Benefits are amazing and leadership is actively involved in projects and listing to the advice of the entire team.

Fortress offers the flexibility needed in today's tough candidate market and offers remote capabilities whenever possible. Benefits offered are truly best in class!

Distinctive start-up with a very experienced management team at the helm

Pros

- This very experienced team of managing directors has created a leadership team like a fine-tuned engine, all pointed in the right direction and revved up for success. Every day I learn something new from their business-savvy approach and industry acumen. - Our brand new downtown office is beautiful, with plenty of collaborative spaces and a picturesque view of Orlando and the surrounding areas. - Cyber security is one of the most important industries today, and it's very exciting to be involved. - Management is very kind and considerate towards employees, and they have built a great culture here. I'm looking forward to more people joining the team as we grow. - The benefit of tuition reimbursement is extremely valuable to me; I definitely plan on taking advantage of that.

Cons

- Having an HQ in Downtown Orlando, the construction on Interstate 4 may cause some issues (temporarily) for people commuting on that path during peak times. But luckily, I don't have to use it myself to get here. The improvements to the interstate will end up benefiting the entire region and the economy, so that's a good thing ultimately.
