where to start ... the office staff never progressed mentally past being in high school and they are the generation that was bullying before it was illegal. Middle management sees this & does not care or intervene. In South Bend, the women were racist to the point of making one woman so miserable, she did not want to be involved with the company so she quit without giving notice. They yell and scream at drivers, terminal managers & CUSTOMERS and are beyond unprofessional and nasty human-beings. the office employees are not friendly or kind people (in South Bend)... there is more but do not want to give myself away, in case any of them still know my contact info & will harass me. And the business outlook is poor because the books were padded to not show the thievery by upper management to allow for a profitable sale! BAD EMPLOYEES at this location!!!! they do not treat employees well at all, if I could give negative stars, I would.
