Pros

The pros are just numerous and almost countless. 1) Great coworkers and culture; 2) plenty of office snacks, refreshments and even a suggestion box; 3) flexible hours; 4) management is concerned about employee concerns - they even have individuals whose job is dedicated to making sure our time is enjoyable - having left a traditional corporate atmosphere I can vouch this is extremely rare; 5) proximity to public transportation/MBTA; 6) proximity to multiple lunch options; 7) free weekly lunch and biweekly breakfast; 8) open hours with senior management to air your concerns; 9) competitive pay and great benefits. I think this has been mentioned in almost every review but it's worth mentioning again, the company has an amazing culture - people care about one another and management cares that employee morale and happiness are high. When you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients - and you can see it by the fact that FF has continued to improve its month-to-month funding goals. Overall, I am very happy to have joined FF.

Pros

The list of pros is massive, but here are the top five for me: 1) Collaborative and inclusive culture. 2) A leadership team that actively listens to employees and makes decisions from those conversations. 3) Everyone cares about making the company successful. 4) Continuous learning initiatives as a means of investing in employees. 5) Anyone can talk to anyone at a moments notice. BONUS PRO: 6) 1-1 structure and cadence is the best I have ever seen and been a part of.

Cons

Towards the end of my time there, the ratio of meetings to maker time was not ideal. I know that they were/are actively fixing that.

Pros

Hard work paid off. The job was definitely demanding and commission was part of my salary so I was hungry to put in the hours. I enjoyed the competitive vibe and would frequently work over lunch and past closing time to close deals. With that, FF did a great job of rewarding members with bonuses, Friday lunch, and monthly team outings.

Cons

I preferred and thrived by managing my accounts using my own style. My manager wanted me to use his style which threw my rhythm off and made the job more frustrating than challenging.
