      Pros

      Where to begin?! Fantastic co-workers and supervisors. Great mission, FSC really helps our communities. Great training programs and opportunity to take on new challenges. 401(k) match, PTO and short term/long term disability are all over market standard. FSC really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      The work can be stressful.

      Feels great to work with students and make a difference wonderful support team typical day 8-4:30 Monday to Friday Use of a company car

      Hours over summer program are 60+ a week
