In today's market there are a lot of job opportunities; I choose to work here. The mission of the company is inspiring. It is rewarding to work for a company that truly makes a difference. I love the work we do. Beyond that, the pay and benefits are competitive and I am able to have work/life balance.

Cons

Working in the social field can be stressful. To be successful, a person needs to have strong emotional intelligence.

Pros

The work that we get to do each day makes an impact on our program participants, to our communities, and to ourselves. The schedule is great, and the pay and benefits are really good. Co-workers and management are great too!

Cons

Good days and bad days - but the good far outweigh the bad.
