      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We know that things didn’t work out for you, but please know that your work was appreciated. We’re sorry for any training issues and we have taken steps to offer a more robust onboarding process for every new Wisconsin Works staff member. This includes the online training you mentioned, as well as workshops and Forward Service Corporation training to cover essential skills to work with customers. We have also introduced a formal mentorship program to pair up new staff with more experienced peers. We understand your frustration with FMLA and PTO. However, we are bound by rules, like any employer, that we must follow. Best wishes for your new career direction.

      Pros

      -I can talk honestly with my supervisor and my opinions are respected -Great office culture; we get a ton of work done but still have fun -Supportive co-workers -Good benefits (they match your contribution to your 401k up to 6% after your first year)

      Cons

      -Workload is high sometimes, to the point of being super stressful. I've never had a stress-free job though, I think occasional stress comes with most work

      Great team atmosphere, positive people, and very rewarding. Many training opportunities and working together to overcome obstacles and come up with best practices!

      I have. Nothing but amazing things to say about this organization! They are customer focused and support their staff.
