Good place to work; company is not fashion-forward enough

- Relaxed, casual work environment - Fantastic discount - Good communication within management ranks - Incredibly organized; great POS system

Cons

- Much of the product lacks style or any sort of reflection of what is trendy. There needs to be more refinement in much of the product design for the company to be taken seriously. The lack of Fossil product placement in magazines and the clientele who shop with Fossil reflect this shortcoming. - No bonuses to Assistant Managers, though they have an important role in the success of the store

Relaxed atmosphere, free watch after completing training

Cons

No promotion within, really wonderful, hardworking people get completely screwed over because of upper management being to darn stubborn, district manager does not listen to her store managers or respect anybody else's word aside from store manager
