Pros

Lots of diversity. Working in a team environment. Connecting with patients and their providers instantly. Working next with providers. Family and friendly atmosphere. Exposure to diversity of patients. We always get a lunch break.

Cons

Work every other weekend. It's necessary as clinic is open daily 8am to 8pm.

Pros

I just started working at FMH last week but I can already tell this is going to be a great job! I am a full-time student so it was important for me to find a job that could work with my schedule. My is amazing about asking me when my classes are and getting input from me on my schedule preference. My colleagues are also great! I ask them a ton of questions and they never get frustrated or annoyed with me. Overall, it's a great place to work and I feel very valued as a CNA!

Cons

The orientation can be long but it is beneficial and educating.

Pros

FMH really values their nurses! They are all about education, which is essential. They will give you not only required education but believe their nurses, and all staff, should have education above and beyond.

Cons

There is some technology and systems I wish we're more up to date or available. The use of quickbadge and newer medicine despence systems would be more efficient.
