Pros

Fellow CT techs are wonderful. Current leadership is amazing and really listens. The manager even meets with each employee once a month to check on how things are going. Each employee is expected to learn all of the studies, no one person does any particular thing.

Cons

Long winter. ED department does not play nicely with radiology. That's jotting new though. Benefits could be better, the dental is terrible. 401k is good.
