Pros

FMH was managed better under Banner Health

Cons

Current nursing leadership and director personnel are subpar. Large disconnect, near complete delusion with reality. Short staffing, lots of favoritism, lots of cliques in upper management. It’s High School Hospital Musical over there while the working staff work short and are appreciated with a pen for 5 years of service and a thank you. Don’t speak with HR, nothing good comes with reporting concerns- it’s a liability to them.

This review is in reference to Denali Center -if you like being busy. There's definitely no shortage of work. - if you like geriatric patients. Some of the residents will steal your heart

Cons

-Management was very toxic. Got yelled at when I said no to taking 14 patients by myself while in training. - LOTS of cliques - Survival of the fittest
