Flexibility, great management, and great patients!

Cons

No sick time off, you have to use your PTO which is already a small amount.

Pros

Benefits and pay are decent for area. Pretty high turnover though.

Cons

TVC BO can be gossipy if you're on the wrong side of things. Supervisors are often unhelpful and sometimes left to just figure things out.
