Great pay and benefits, especially for full-time long-term employees

Cons

The call center experience went downhill in 2022 when the SOP changed from being customer service related to more of an exact script. The call center agents are expected to handle calls like BOTS than as humans with a natural flow of conversation with callers.

Scripts, everything’s scripted and verbatim is required & they do stupid stuff like script “I am” instead of “I’m” and make down for not saying I am. The QA is an overkill. The scripts are absolute overkill and the job of a BOTT not a human being used as a scripted bot. Someone has crazy control issues and they can train a bot to say exactly what they want it to say. Things that were beneficial to helping with pin set up is no longer allowed and the result is they end up having to call again. Contract job only 5-6 months employment

The mission is great on paper. Some team members are passionate about the work but we are not supported to succeed.

Cons

Incompetent executives, lack of integrity, poor planning and mismanagement of resources. The one manager who cared, had a sense of direction and always delivered was wrongfully terminated.
