Pros

They offered me a preferable shift that was flexible for my needs. The pay is decent . I’m re-entering into the workforce and it’s been hard for me to find a job because on my situation, not because of my limitations. They appear to work with you to find a position that will best fit. Health insurance which is a plus

Cons

I do feel like everything is based on business here and saving money to benefit the company and not the agents
