Pros

Good for gaining basic, entry-level experience if you have no other options, but the toxic environment quickly outweighs any positives.

Cons

Unprofessional & Incompetent Management: The leadership and middle management are highly unprofessional. They lack genuine management experience and behave more like low-level supervisors. Substandard Working Conditions (Athens Office): The physical working environment is incredibly poor. The building in Athens is dirty, smells of tobacco smoke throughout, and basic utilities are neglected—frequently leaving the bathrooms with no running water. Inaccessible HR: It is virtually impossible to contact HR. Management acts as a barrier, forcing you to schedule meetings through them first, and ultimately blocking you from ever speaking to HR directly. There is zero employee advocacy. Mobbing & Forced Resignations: Management actively pressures employees to resign. I personally experienced mobbing (systematic bullying) from management, assisted by certain colleagues. This was done intentionally to force resignations and avoid formal dismissals/severance package responsibilities as the project neared its end. Favouritism: Favouritism is destroying the team. Management has zero interest in actual team leadership or professional development. Instead of looking at objective facts, they rely on gossip, listen only to their "favorites," and make key decisions based on those biased opinions. This toxic culture seems to be systemic across the entire company.

Pros

Decent pay and guaranteed hours

Cons

My experience at Foundever had several challenges that impacted my ability to succeed in the role. Training felt rushed because the priority seemed to be getting employees onto the floor quickly rather than ensuring everyone was fully prepared and confident. Once on the floor, mistakes were criticized even though additional practice, coaching, and preparation should have been completed during the training period. There were situations where practice exercises and additional guidance were introduced after employees were already handling live calls, which created unnecessary pressure and made it harder to feel prepared. The high call volume, understaffing, and fast-paced environment added to the stress, especially while employees were still learning the systems and expectations. I also felt there was a lack of consistent support from leadership. Instead of feeling coached and developed, it sometimes felt like employees were expected to meet high expectations without receiving enough tools or guidance to get there. There also appeared to be favoritism among employees, which affected the overall morale and fairness of the workplace. Communication from some members of management came across as unapproachable, with certain leaders appearing to have a condescending or “above everyone else” attitude rather than creating a supportive team environment.

Pros

This company pays the most in the city of Fayetteville just to take calls. Quick hiring process and easy to move up

Cons

During my two years of employment, and particularly during my final year, I experienced and observed a work environment that I believe was hostile, unprofessional, and lacking in accountability. Throughout my employment, there were repeated concerns regarding disrespectful treatment, passive-aggressive behavior from members of management, and perceived favoritism in workplace decisions. I also witnessed and experienced comments and conduct that I believed were racially insensitive or discriminatory in nature. These concerns were brought to the attention of management on multiple occasions; however, employees perceived that little to no corrective action was taken to address them. Communication between leadership and staff was consistently poor, and the high turnover rate appeared to be driven not only by attendance issues or client requirements but also by employee dissatisfaction with the workplace culture. Numerous employees left the organization after expressing concerns about the environment and management practices. Additionally, serious allegations involving inappropriate workplace conduct, including reports of sexual advances toward employees and concerns regarding racial profiling and discriminatory treatment, were raised with Human Resources. From the employee perspective, there was a lack of transparency regarding investigations and resolutions, which contributed to a loss of confidence in the complaint process. There was also a widespread perception among employees that certain members of management focused more heavily on disciplinary action and termination than on coaching, employee development, or retention. This created an atmosphere of fear, distrust, and uncertainty regarding job security. I believe all employees are entitled to a workplace that is professional, respectful, free from discrimination and retaliation, and where complaints of misconduct are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Based on my experience, the organizational culture and leadership practices at this location did not consistently meet those standards and contributed to an unhealthy and toxic work environment.
