Pros

The only pro I can give, is that some of the trainers and some of the coaches actually seem like they care.

Cons

They don't pay enough for what you're asked to do. Back to back calls for 8-10 hours is mentally and emotionally draining. However, you're chained to your desk (metaphorically) the whole time. If you take more than a couple of bathroom breaks in a day, they want you to shave the time off of your break to make up for it. They don't care about the clients at all. Get them off the phone asap. Anything over 6 minutes, and you start getting harassed. Client keeps you on a call for 20 minutes? They take over your call and force the client off the line. They don't have enough people to really help you when you have a problem. They force you to use Skype chat and stencils to communicate issues. Coaches refuse to get off their butt to come to your desk and help you. This is supposed to be a customer service job. Nobody cares about servicing the client. Just get them off the phone as quickly as possible. There is no care or concern for the client. They don't pay enough for people to show care, compassion, or concern. This really is one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working for. They treat all their employees like indentured servants. I can't begin to explain just how absolutely awful the training is here. By the end of training, you're set up to fail, never to succeed. Training absolutely stinks.

Pros

No pros at all can’t think out any

Cons

The pay is very low to many calls back to back. Hours is not ideal for work like balance. The metrics and quality is to extreme and tedious too take out points on your quality score for ANY LITTLE THING (example not clicking on a script even though if you have it memorized).Highly highly scripted. My keyboard only partially worked and the company did not want to send me another keyboard, that, right there showed me foundever does not care about their employees. Also equipment was very low quality cheap equipment. Benefits don’t kick until after 90 days.

Pros

Remote work for those who can stick it out I wish i could rate zero stars.

Cons

When I was hired for my job, I was promised a three-week insurance licensing training. The training would end with the state test on the third week's weekend. I was told that the company would pay for the license and that I wouldn't have to pay any fees if I stayed with the company for a year. However, if I decided to leave, the company would charge me $300 on my last paycheck. On the first day of training, I was told that there would only be two weeks of training. The test would take place on a Friday or Saturday. Additionally, we were required to complete chapters 1-2 out of 10 chapters after work. We were told that if we didn't finish the homework by the next class, we would risk getting fired. On Wednesday, I received an email stating that I had not completed my homework although I had done it. I replied to the email, but the trainer did not acknowledge my response. On Thursday, I learned that my test was scheduled for May 2nd, which meant that I only had less than two weeks of training before the test. Moreover, I found out that the testing center was over an hour away. I asked if we would be paid for the entire day, but the trainer said no. I then asked if I would get my 40 hours and an additional 4 hours if I tested on a Saturday. She said yes. However, she refused to discuss it further and advised me to go to HR if I had any concerns. So, I went to HR, but they told me that they couldn't change my classes. They would not pay for the required off-the-clock work. Neither would they change my testing center or pay for a full day of work. In summary, my experience with this company has been terrible from the onboarding process to the training. They set you up for failure and don't seem to care about your concerns.
