Coaches are terrible and that's because most of them are quitting due to being underpaid om just sits on a meeting to see how the meetings are going but never says nothing they barely train people then put them on the floor want reps to use kc on things that's already known there is no hope in that company and people services is not on your side if anything goes wrong the coach is always right and don't let your system have a thousand issues then they want u to turn into a tech major or let I.T. tell you that it's not they system it's the internet right... that's why everybody is on SLACK OR STC complaining about dropped vpns and idcom or jabber stopped working we all had bad internet problems who would have guessed
