      Management unavailable when needed this includes sups|many mistakes on paycheck, no actual hr to reach out to. Poor scheduling of meetings and no knowledgable teaching of Changes. I had to find out from a customer that a state increased their limits legally, zero time available for any training. Everyone that works there is rude and disrespectful. Not friendly at all. In the couple of years I worked at this company. Did not make one good relationship. No additional income for excellent stats. NO incentive!

      Pros

      Working with this company is good it’s up to date the benefits are nice and you can move up with the company. They pay is good have been with them for 3 years.

      Cons

      They change schedules at last minute information isn’t provided in real time. Don’t consider their employees that had a family.
