They offer good pay for hospitality industry, amazing benefits, corporate culture, great people to work with.

Cons

Can't think of any. Long hours as usual for a hospitality job.

Pros

Organizational behavior and atmosphere, company vision and policies, future opportunities, company benefits, transfer opportunities to other properties, direct contact with management and open communication.

Cons

Salary is not highly competitive, but that is somewhat compensated with other company benefits. No other cons, in my opinion.
