Pros

the four seasons culture is lived on a day to day base, however some properties are more focused on training then other. unfortunately it takes approximately 2-3 years for promotions ( generally), but due to recognition and employee engagement it makes time fly by. you feel the power and enthusiasm the company is injecting into the employees, which makes the team strong and gives power. very strong engagement with the guests build a deep relationship with the company and staff around the world. four seasons is looking strongly after their employees, some stay with the company for their life time and a incredible amount of employees are comming back after the left the company. even if i´m not a big fan of mentioning benefits( because i think you should not work somewhere because of the benefits) even they are spot on.

Cons

of cause as the nature of business, as everyone who choose the business shall know, hours are not steady ( AS EVERYWHERE), but if you want to work and improve in hospitality, this is a side effect everyone shall be able to cope with. unfortunately it takes approximately 2-3 years for promotions ( generally), but due to recognition and employee engagement it makes time fly by.

Pros

Everyday, you work with awesome people... HR selects candidates for a cultural fit, so a lot of your colleagues share values, interests, and sense of humor. The guests you serve are always interesting, international, and your job is never the same day to day. Excellent benefits and good pay.

Cons

Many managers are between ages of 21-25 and could use a bit more experience in their field and especially in management skills. For example, a 21 year old with only a few months of legal drinking under his belt will have trouble managing a bar--designing cocktails, suggesting appropriate beverages to guests, diplomatic guest behavior management, etc.
