stable hours with decent pay and benefit, good career advance opportunities

Cons

management team constantly changes, because they can transfer property to get promotion so staff get stressed out to adapt new managers all the time with different ways of coping things. long hours and high stress due to high workload.

One of our strategies is to hire managers that enjoy the Whistler lifestyle and have intentions to stay more long term.
