The people that worked with me when I was at FWI were great. FWI gave me the experience in CS that I needed to get a better, more interesting job that paid me almost double of what I was making as a CSM (52K/year).

Cons

I worked at FWI for over a year and still didn't fully understand the product when I left. It is so complicated and the SalesForce and processes so convoluted and undocumented that much of the knowledge left with employees who quit. I never felt fully empowered to help my Clients and saw no room for growth at a company that was struggling to pivot after a really hard year with COVID.
