So far my experience at FWI has been fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming, even people who've been with the company a long time. Coworkers are from interesting and diverse backgrounds and I get to work with teammates all over the world. There seems to be a lot of room for growth, and the company is committed to promoting from within, which is a positive indication they value people.

Cons

The use of internal technology/ tools could be improved. Communication can be challenging across multiple time zones but it's manageable.
