Pros

Top 10 product in the industry. The technology is a cool business toy for about 30 days.

Cons

CEO exhibits childlike behavior which translates into the sophomoric culture of the company. Not a good fit for experienced professionals. Denver business community and hiring managers are aware of the dysfunctional environment. Length of employment is considered “time served.”

Pros

Extremely fast paced company with a true software company type culture. You must be ready to work hard in order to keep up with speed of the company and work load.

Cons

Echoing the pros, its not the type of company where you can sit back and go unseen. The weak are squeezed out as we strive for the best of the best. Client demands can be tough, rush project delivery, and everyone wishes they were paid more...

Hipster graphics design shop / bike showroom, not software company

Pros

Proximity to Coors field. Don't forget the cover sheets on your TPS reports! Giant distracting screens all over office, which doubles as a showroom; zoo-exhibit atmosphere.

Cons

Cheesy proprietary technology which isn't multi-platform. Overwhelming desire to be hip - product features referred to as "apps". Loud and overcrowded office with zero parking. Spotty internet connection and low budgets for everything; free services used all the time. Exclusive use of aging Microsoft technologies; firm completely caught off-guard by iOS and Android. Disdain for open source projects based on fear and lack of understanding. High turnover. CEO comes across as used car salesman.
