I've had nightmares that made more sense and in which I had more of a shot. The profile of the average employee is someone young, who doesn't mind being treated even younger, who doesn't know enough to know they're being taken advantage of and that there is no gold at the end of the rainbow. I was being paid less than my previous job to work here, but I'm sure far more than they wanted to pay, and when I didn't start laying golden eggs within a very short time, was told to hit the bricks. I wouldn't have stayed much longer anyway.. awful experience.

The building is over-crowded, basically fitting 2 to a cube is most depts. Favoritism runs rampant. Parking is atrocious. Middle management has little to no prior management experience and only follows orders from Upper Management. Upper management lacks vision, direction or answers to everyday problems. They make decisions based on emotion and personal opinion. This causes issues from top to bottom. No HR dept. Benefits could be much much better. No 401k match. You pay essentially half of your own Medical. Compensation reviews are made by people that don't even work with you. Your manager has no say.
