In 2015 Four Winds Interactive began to reward employees based on their tenure. This is a huge step in the right direction towards employee engagement. As an employee who has been here for 8 years I took advantage of my retroactive 5 year anniversary perk and took my family to a Rockies game. We had an awesome time and I have to hand it to FWI for your continued improvement with employee morale!

Cons

This company is improving all the time. Many of the cons of years past have been cleaned up.
