Exciting growth company making a name in digital signage
Pros
FWi has an exciting product and solid vision, and every employee will admit that it's thrilling to be a part of that. The fast-paced and energized workforce is comprised of some of the most talented co-workers I've ever had. FWi is certainly a collaborative environment, where self-starters get the chance to wear many hats. It's also a relaxed physical environment--located in a brick-walled, loft office space (once a warehouse) with casual dress.
Cons
Like any growth company, FWi has some areas for improvements. It's working on getting some processes in place and updating other procedures (including performance reviews, compensation guidelines, revisiting benefits, etc.). It takes time to get such structure going, which might be the biggest risk FWi faces (although not a risk any other growth company doesn't have). Additionally, as the company has grown so quickly, the communication channels could be better than they are.
