      Pros

      Good co-workers and opportunities for advancement. It's a credit union so it has inherent advantages since it is not publicly held and is owned by the membership. This structure allows for longer term thinking. I haven't worked at other credit unions but I hear they can be a sleepier. This is not a sleepy company. Bethpage is community minded.

      Cons

      I won't call it a con but the credit union is focused on growth so it can be a challenging environment.

      Pros

      It is still better than some companies out there but this place used to be THE BEST! It is very unfortunate that it lost most of its old values.

      Cons

      Valuing employees was no longer a focus. Not to mention that the focus on DEI isolated me. You don’t need to money like a woman!!

      I’ve been with FourLeaf for 25 years, and in that time, I’ve built lifelong relationships and experienced opportunities I likely wouldn’t have found anywhere else. The level of care and commitment FourLeaf puts into developing and rewarding its team is truly extraordinary. It’s a company that genuinely values its people, and that makes all the difference. I cannot rate this organization highly enough
