      Pros

      Bethpage treats it's employees the same way they treat its members. They truly care about us. The benefits are amazing and Bethpage is always making it a priority to maintain happiness across the workplace. I look forward to many more years with Bethpage.

      At this moment, I cannot think of any cons about working for Bethpage. Truly satisfied.

      Ive never had a company care more about their employees. They take a lot of pride in their member service.

      I don’t have any complaints. I have been presented with many opportunities through Bethpage Federal Credit Union and plan on staying with the company.

      Pros

      Bethpage FCU is a great company to work for! The benefits offered to employees are great: excellent training, 401k match, opportunities for growth, and more. The branches are very fair with scheduling and number of hours worked.

      I haven't experienced anything negative as an employee.
