Pros

Culture and people who work for the company are very warm and friendly. Work-life balance is highly valued and communication with team and direct managers is great. Experience as a back-office employee is flexible and fufilling from a development perspective and with balancing things in my personal life. A large bulk of the organization has a history of long tenure at the company. Even working in a smaller, individual contributer position, I feel recognized in my work across the company and by upper management. ERGs and work clubs encourage involvement with others in the org.

Cons

Benefits are okay, a lot of the benefits and educational resources for these areas can be better. Technology with work from home setup can be temperamental.

One of the best companies out there. They truly look after there employees. Everyone is very friendly and truly wants to see you successful.

Cons

Growth opportunities are really about who you know. They have a pretty clear picture of who they want to hire for a role and will interview because they are required to not because you actually have a chance.
