This company has awesome benefits. Such as 401k that matched 200% of the first 3% and matches 100% up to 7% of your contributions. This company also has tuition and gym reimbursement which is great for people who are in school or have gym memberships. The company workplace has a great atmosphere and great people to work with. They care about your job and you. They always recruiting and promote internally before they hire for external. Easy to move up with the company.

There are no cons. Your dream position might not be available but if you work hard and take the initiative to learn you will get to where you want to go.

Training, Great benefits, Decent pay, Amazing Co Workers, A lot of free food, Great work life balance, and a lot of room for advancement. I'm very proud to be a part of the organization.

Cons

Sometimes the wrong people are placed in management positions that don't follow the Bethpage culture.
