I worked at BFCU for 2 years as a teller while I worked on my undergraduate degree in social work. Bethpage was flexible with my school schedule and even gave me money toward my degree after 6 months.

Cons

No cons... I left because I graduated with a degree in social work, not banking

Worst Job I Have Ever Had

pay is ok, banking hours if managers like you

Cons

They treat employees like machines, not people. They pretend to care about employees but they don't. Managers pick favorites and bully those they don't like. Worst job I have ever had in my life. They always acted like my disability was an inconvenience to them. I spent years working my way up and ended feeling completely disrespected. Also, they bribe employees to leave good reviews on Glassdoor.
