Excellent 401K plan, I don't think many companies can match the 401K Bethpage offers. The activities offered to employees after work are excellent, from bowling to book club. It's a nice way to meet other coworkers from different departments.

2 weeks vacations. Great culture overall. You can definitely move up the ladder if you persevere in attaining your required goals as a teller and stay on the ‘’good side’’ of management.

Cons

The pay is not that good for tellers. It’s too low.

You have the opportunity to grow if you show that you really care about your own development and that you are willing to go above and beyond for the members and your teammates. Great culture. Benefits are good with tuition reimbursement, 401k, health insurance, paid vacations. Bethpage truly believes in enriching the lives of all. If you are interested in giving back to the community, this is the ideal company for you with a lot of events and opportunities to volunteer that complement your role.
