      Pros

      There are many reasons I love working at Bethpage Federal Credit Union; its diverse with many cultures and backgrounds, potential growth for all employees. BFCU offers outside activities to their employees such as team walks, volley ball, baseball, etc which help to foster friendship and teamship, BFCU support many charities with donations and fund raising events. Last but not least, we have a wonderful CEO who is genuine and cares for both employees and members.

      Meeting production goals can be a challenge but with support and planning these goal are achievable.
