Pros
Excellent benefits, amazing 401k. Positive working environment. Decent amount of time off.
Cons
Company is growing rapidly, and the IT department was not properly scaled with it's growth. The department is overloaded and receives poor internal ratings and complaints as a result of it's inability to efficiently manage the workload. Cheap corner-cutting solutions have only exacerbated the problems.
