      Pros

      Since the company still operates like a small organization, there is much opportunity for collaboration. You will build relationships with coworkers across a number of disciplines.

      Cons

      Severe learning & development deficiencies. Unprofessional, disorganized, and misdirection from leadership team. Internal propaganda is at an all time high and employee morale is not well. The entire operation feels very insincere and uncomfortable.
