pay is well above industry standard, good benefits but could be better, lots of activities for employees like clubs, an annual party. despite changes in company I would still recommend it to a friend. I have strong opinions but those are based entirely on my experiences.

Cons

they have become very aligned with a political stance which is something they were always very against, change in CEO lead to a lot of changes which negatively impacted employees and members, out of touch board of directors. they have also focused way too heavily on DEI and it has made other employees feel alienated.
